Direction for use

Stir well before use. Surfaces should be clear dry. Thin down with turpentine if necessary. Apply on brash or spray.

Preparation

The surface should be dust-free and dry. Surface cracks should be filled with standard joint compound for a better result. New walls should be primed with standard wall filler.

Application

Suitable for application on Cement, Concrete Surfaces, Asbestos, MDF Board and Ceiling etc. Application is by brush or roller. First coat thin with 25% -30% water (4 potions paint: 1) coverage: 180 to 220ft 2/L (20-24M 2/L) Apply second coat after 4-5 hours from the first coat.

Important

Do not expose to direct sunlight. Diluted/thinned paint shall be used within 24 hours. In case of eye or skin contact. Immediately wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

Surface Preparation

Freshly made surfaces need to be cured at least 4-5 week (Moisture content below 10% ) All Surfaces Should be free from any damp, dust, Wax or grease & other contaminants. Remove all contaminants with a detergent. Smooth surfaces should be acid etched with a suitable etching solution to make the surfaces rough before painting.

Description

STANDARD ZINC PHOSPHATE is a rust preventive quick – drying primer designed for painting of exposed metal surface.

How to Use

1)The Surface has to be sanded to the bare metal and clean to be free from oil; dust and grease.
2) Dilute with Standard thinner for desired viscosity. For Maximum result apply 2-3 Coats. (Apply second Coat within 01 hour)
